Led the initiative to transform Sephora from a beauty retailer to an enabler of personal creativity, and from a merchant to an educator, empowering 'clients' to fully participate in the beauty conversation. Our work became one of the top ten organization-wide initiatives for 2015, giving the company a new lens through which to focus their new innovations, programs, education efforts and technologies.
